DIM definition.

Indole phytochemical is a natural metabolite of compounds found in cruciferous vegetables which leads to the preferential formation of estrogen metabolites that are correlated with healthy breast. It's better combined with phospholipids, vitamin E and bioperine for enhanced absorption.
