What is Phosphatidylserine?

Phospholipids take an active part in the work of the nervous system, affect the higher nervous activity. Phosphatidylserine is an important building block of the cell membrane, responsible for its plasticity. The substance easily penetrates into the nervous system through the blood-brain barrier.
